Hand Towel Weaving Workshop (3 hours)

In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of weaving while creating your own beautiful handwoven hand towel measuring 18 x 30 inches. Using a pre-warped floor loom, this class focuses on the weaving process, from understanding basic weave structures to mastering essential techniques.

The warp will be made of durable, absorbent cotton, and you’ll have access to an array of cotton and cotton slub yarns to design and weave your towel. The class will also include instruction on how to finish your towel with beautifully twisted fringe, adding a professional and polished touch to your piece.

I’ll guide you step-by-step, ensuring you leave with a functional and beautiful hand towel, as well as the skills to continue your weaving journey.

All materials are included.

The workshop will take place in my Little Italy studio in San Diego. I can provide 1 onsite parking spot. After purchasing the workshop we can schedule a date and time for you to weave your beautiful towel.
